Here are some photos when I went to check on my house. The house with the tree on it is the neighbor’s.
The photo of the tree is up against the University Center at UTC. The other tree photos were taken at the Confederate Cemetery on East 5th Street just across from campus.
Here’s a video of the storm just starting up.
Due to the cold conditions I didn’t stay long. From the reports I heard that everyone had a good time. This was the last race at the Auto Auction site and they made good use of the space. I managed to get photos of the first run group but left before the second started. If you were in the second group I’m sorry I didn’t get any photos. Photos are up and available by clicking here or like always you can click the link on the left to view all my photo galleries including past races.
It was a wet day at the Chattanooga Auto Auction but that didn’t stop 3 beautiful cars from coming out to play. They didn’t have tops but I don’t think it matters when you are racing. Fully gallery from the race can be seen here.
The weather was great, the course was fast and there was one cone that took a beating. As you can see in the picture to the left some were even flexing their muscles in order to scare the competition but I’m unsure if fright was the response that came from the flexing. It was a great day to race or watch and there were some cool cars. like the Viper.
If you haven’t come out before you should, if you wanted to come out but couldn’t make it and want to see some photos from the event visit the gallery of photos from today’s race. If you want to see all my photos click the link to my galleries on the left.
Well since it was mother’s day and my mother is 660 miles away I decided to go out and enjoy the nice weather by myself. I started off in the Bluff View Art District with a coffee from Rembrants. From there I walked over the the Walnut Street Bridge and made my way across. I then walked down Fraizer Street over to the Renaissance Park. From there I walked across the bridge there into Coolidge Park. I then made my way back up to Fraizer Street and walked across the Market Street Bridge back towards the art district. I made a stop at The Ice Cream Show for a milk shake before heading back to my car to go back home. Here are some photos I took along the way.
