Due to the cold conditions I didn’t stay long. From the reports I heard that everyone had a good time. This was the last race at the Auto Auction site and they made good use of the space. I managed to get photos of the first run group but left before the second started. If you were in the second group I’m sorry I didn’t get any photos. Watching a video where a car was doing a hill climb and got up on 2 wheels reminded me of this photo I took back in 2008. This was at the Crow Mountain Hill Climb. If you haven’t been to one before I suggest you check one out and the one at Crow Mountain is coming up October 2nd and 3rd. I’m thinking of headed to Crow Mountain for at least one of the days with my camera gear in tow.
The weather was great, the course was fast and there was one cone that took a beating. As you can see in the picture to the left some were even flexing their muscles in order to scare the competition but I’m unsure if fright was the response that came from the flexing. It was a great day to race or watch and there were some cool cars. like the Viper.
